Literally one month since the newly constructed Olympic standard BMX track (1 of only 2 in the country) was completed, Bathurst hosted the Australian BMX Nationals with 3,500 competitors across 5-days of competition. Having only 1 test event in the lead-up and with next to no spectator or competitor infrastructure, it was one of the most challenging events we have ever been briefed on.

Needing to manage the competing priorities of riding guidelines, spectator necessities, local/regional/stage & national stakeholder involvement against expenditure was a job in & of itself and one which Mojo became heavily involved as the event rolled out in early 2016. Day & night riding, temporary grandstand seating along with all access & egress requirements were amongst a long list of deliverables to ensure a successful staging of what will be the first of many large scale events at this most impressive of regional complexes.
